Game Drives and Walking Safaris

Game drives are conducted by our in-house guides who are there to make your safari experience as comfortable and interesting as possible.

PM Game Drive:

• Summer Drives are from 15h00 to 18h30
• Winter drives are from 15h00 to 18h00

AM Game Drive:

• Morning drives before breakfast are from 06h00 to 09h00
• After breakfast can be from 08h30 to 12h30

Note: Service times may change, Robins Team will reconfirm onsite.

Optional Game Walks:

• USD 65 per person per walk. Min 2 guests and max 6 guests.
• Walks last approx. 3 hours. Departs Robins Camp at 07h00, other times are on request.
• Game Walk are only available on request and cannot be guaranteed or booked in advance; as safari walks are subject to a walking guide being available.
• No children under the age of 16 will be allowed to participate in guided walks unless at the sole discretion of the guide.
• Settle direct at lodge.

Notes: For guests with included game drives (FB+2GD Rate); Guests may exchange a morning game drive for a game walk at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Robins Restaurant

The restaurant boasts a full continental and cooked breakfast service as well as an a la carte or buffet lunch. The dinner service is a set 3-course la carte or buffet. Most dietary requirements can be catered for. There is a coffee and tea station at guest’s disposal throughout the day.

The Swimming Pool

Crisp and crystal clear, no better way to beat the African heat. Fancy a dip between game drives?

Robins Tower

The highest building in Hwange National Park, climb up for the best possible sunsets and sunrise views. The tower houses a small museum displaying a fascinating collection of historical items. The tower is worth a visit and is often a highlight of a stay at Robins Camp.

The Hyena Bar

Refreshing beverages are served from the Hyena Bar. Relax by the pool or in the bar itself. The Hyena Bar is open daily from 10:30am to 10:30pm. Alcohol is not served to persons under 18 years old.

  Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi signal is available and can be accessed in designated areas that includes the bar, dining room and pool area. Guests staying in chalets get a free voucher. Note that there is no cellular phone reception at Robins Camp.

Internet Vouchers:

• $3 – 200 MG valid for 1 day – 24 hours
• $10 – 1 Gig valid for 3 days.
• Vouchers are available for purchase from reception.
